We collect as little as we need to sell you a product and support you afterwards. We don't sell your information.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, and billing country, through Stripe's checkout. Stripe handles your card details; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write, so we can reply.
- When you use a software tool: the account details and content you put into it, so the tool can work.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought and give you access to it.
- To answer support questions and handle refunds.
- To keep records the law requires (for example, for taxes).
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the business on our behalf: Stripe (payments) and our hosting provider. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics to measure how pages perform, we'll list the service here before it's turned on.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete anything else.
Your choices
Email support@ryerso.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop any emails from us.
